This is a 9mm pinfire six shot Belgian revolver, obsolete calibre circa 1875 with Liege proof marks and profusely engraved.
It has a 5.5" barrel with a lanyard ring on the butt, the serial number is 71.
 
It is in very crisp condition and shows very little sign of use.
